I concur, specifically it's for the stator's de-icing heater element, if you look a bit closer you can see a outer ring that connects to the junction box, that's the heater in question.
I believe that there are two, both of which are already mapped. I think that they are located in Liverpool and Manchester.
I’ve heard about this. Off the top of my head, it was located atop a factory somewhere and used as some sort of plant warning alarm. It was said to be depicted in photos that cannot be found anymore, and that it was removed in the 90s.
