It's difficult to tell with the size of the image, but it looks like either an ASC E-Class or an ATI HPSS array. They could also be off the shelf drivers for public address use.

The horns look different to what ATI and ASC use so it can't be those manufacturers. Maybe the government had them commissioned through suppliers in the country but there isn't a lot to go by just from images alone.

I decided to get deeper. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cp3QfdC_4fc I can confirm this is a esp maestro. A siren produced in the czech republic. But wait. You can hear modulators or ati’s so we can probably confirm they could use modulators or ati’s.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1IWPGZ8GuFs&t=42s Found out that the channel who made the video i linked here is fake. If you skip to 2:30 in this one you can see that its just some cardboard smothered in black tape with some cheap pvc pipes connecting to them with some string acting as wires that would connect to the control box and power the speakers with some synthesized mp3 audio playing in the background. Which gives me some suspicion the channel who made the video i linked is some channel who i would consider a kiddie if they were here who spreads fake information. In the last video it just looks like some stolen video that got badly edited into the video. Sorry for the misinformation i linked. Also heres another video that proves the channel i linked videos from is fake https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bziBs-6B8vE This is just obvious, It was stolen audio from someone elses video. FYI this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-K7o0i3HWZ0&t=111s And idek why anyone would think this is real, Its just some bad quality copyrighted image off of google with a badly edited siren.

But since we started getting deeper and we found out russia and czech republic both use the same sirens, Russia could be using Hornets (no not the whelens) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BL4DXsS1Osc&t=73s These ones. But im probably wrong because russia uses different tones or there just custom ones.

ESP Maestros are made by SiRcom and looks like standard Euro arrays. The Hornet siren you mention in your next post has many obvious design differences from the mystery siren. My take? It's outsourced speakers connected to a siren controller or even just an MP3 playing sound
Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.

Also here i could find some logo that says "Neon" in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9EKddXa ... WL&index=3)

Maybe we could agree that the model is Neon? Yeah, I know they both have speaker differences, But if you compare the blocks the speakers are mounted on, They look the same

The mystery doesn’t have to be solved. It’s a waste of time to label things under false names
