Callisburg , TX Mystery siren

Some sort of Federal Signal thing. Can anyone identify it? I thought it was possibly a Model 20 without the top cone.

Well, it's definitely not a "Model 20". It's a Fedelcode C3 1/2 that has a modified housing. It appears to have fallen and been damaged, so a new upper skirt was made.
