Dexter mystery siren

i dont have a clue what this is. Might have been posted here before but i couldnt find any posts on here.

The Minnesota siren map says that it's an Erick. A heavily modified one at that, but you can kind of tell it is one by the housing.

Looking at the motor it does look to be an Erick. Thanks.
