Mystery Horns in NY
These are on two fire stations (one no longer in use) in New York State. I'm wondering what kind they are? They don't look like Cunninghams or Diaphone.

Some new development:
It appears Canastota, NY, has Gamewell Diaphones and put them in the housing. Here is what they looked like before:
I would be satisfied with chalking Cazenovia up to the same thing, but I would like to point out something posted on a discord server; I can't find much on it at the moment, but it could be related to Cazenovia (credit to Coline on discord):
