1964 OCD Siren Funds Document Needed

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had the 1964 OCD Siren Matching Funds List saved on their device. When I tried to click the link on the main thread, it led me to a domain sale page.

I need this because I am creating a document of the old siren systems throughout the United States, and I believe it would be a great resource to have.
