That "high-pitched" 1003 doesn't sound like anything of the sort. It sounds more like a model 5 or a 2001. The wind-down is totally wrong for a T-bolt, single-tone or otherwise.

That sounds more like a Model 5 or an ACA Screamer, not a Thunderbolt.

There is either another siren going off nearby that T-Bolt or someone just ut their random audio to it I would guess.
