Wow, this video is over seven years old!
Sheesh, you'd think that they would've put the video up on YouTube sooner. :P

Anyway, the sirens are great, so peaceful-sounding, making you feel that real danger has just not yet sprung.

Quite true, due to the fact Whelen somehow went with a diminished 5th for their hi-lo. Bb-E-Bb-E-Bb-E and so on. Had they chose a minor 3rd hi-lo like D-F-D-F ala the Federal 3T22 or Thunderbolt 1003, it would sound a bit more cheerful. ;)
