A couple more 2001's with broken rotators...

A possible EOWS 612 or high pitched TBolt, and maybe another TBolt can also be heard faintly in this first video.

This one is in Johnsburg, IL.

I don't know why so many of these 2001's have broken rotators. :?

Could the siren in the first video be a Model 5 or STH-10?

The second video, it sounds like they are close to the 2001.

The one in the first video is too high pitched for a Model 5 or STH-10. The one in the second video stays at relatively the same volume, so that's why I think it has a broken rotator. Also, the tone quality of the second one doesn't change like a siren that is rotating. It doesn't sound like they're right under it either.
