Here's the third test run of my Detroit Thunderbolt. I have transplanted the chopper/motor from the 1000T. I ran the chopper for almost 2 min's while it was rotating. I will hopefully get the T-bolt head onto the compressor within the next week. I still have some trailer lighting I have to finish (changed existing lights to L.E.D.)

Good work!

There is a definite higher pitch with the 5/6 rotor compared to kx250rider's thunderbolt with the 4/5. That one seems to have a lower "roar" to it.

PS got a leaf blower ?

Well, When I had the chopper out and counted the ports it's 5/6. It sounds different cause its only off the ground by the thickness of a towel.

Here's the third test run of my Detroit Thunderbolt.
Put the horn on it. It sounds like a wood chipper.
