Why does it stop rotating during the wind-down of the attack tone.
What else am I suppose to do? Read a book?

because they are killing power to both the chopper motor and rotator mechanism. I'm not sure if the rotators on these sirens have a time delay or if the panel even allows for one.

I'm pretty sure that's how all P-50's operate.
