I will have another recording of todays Commissioners Staff meeting where the Director of EMA was a special guest of the Commissioners.

Wow, if that doesn't give evidence of kickbacks and wasteful spending then I don't know what does. Amazing how they were not even considering the bids of other bidders. Yet again they did not expect such an uproar from the siren community and other vendors.

That must have been the noise I was hearing when I was sitting on my back patio last night.

I also would like everyone to know that the media will be watching this commisioners meeting tomorrow. I had sent a long detailed e-mail to Jeff Hirsch at channel 12. He is very interested in the story. He is trying to get a 12 news team to the meeting tomorrow and requested that I call him after meeting if they were not able to attend. The ball is rolling now. 8)

I have to work 9am - 2pm tomorrow, so unfortunately I will not be able to attend. However, I will try to remember to set the VCR to record the meeting. It starts at 9:30 am right?

I am looking foward to watching the tape of the meeting when I return home from work.

Great work guys. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on Channel 12 tomorrow to see what happens with this. Hopefully the county will realize they have to shape up and do things right before legal action is taken against them.
