Definetly can't be a Hurricane as much as we wish it was one

Square horned Hurricane 130s have a sharply angled bottom horn panel and a flat top. That alone disproves it being a Hurricane (sorry to bust your bubble). Does't look big enough, either.

Why can't you just admit that it's not a siren?
You put soo much trust into a pixelated photo and assume it's true.
The square thing to the left is an antenna. Not a siren.
And T-bolt or Hurricane would be much bigger. ( i have 3 tbolts and have seen a hurricane up close)
In streetview there are no cabinets on the tower up high or down low. No compressor either.
The red part is either a valve, vent or Screemer.
Proud Owner of too many sirens, lightbars, civil defense items, and diecast cars

OK, maybe you are right, it was just the yellow color that was throwing me off. I have never seen a Screamer in person, so I dont know how it's size compares to the width of a tbolt horn.

Nah, I'd say a 40V2T.
Just because you're offended, doesn't mean you're right.

Or maybe it's a P-50...

What looks like something to one person may not look like the same thing to another. That's the case here. No stupid arguments needed on this thread. I'm sure it's probably not a T-Bolt, but when I first saw the picture and began to study it, it looked like a T-Bolt to me with the horn pointing away from the camera. No big deal. Maybe it is an antenna.

There's definately a Screamer up there and that's probably the only siren on top. It's used for Tornado Warnings but I'm not sure if it's also used for the volunteer fire department, though it probably used to be since it's painted red.

I went to Marthasville today and, Yes, the "T-Bolt" is indeed an antenna.

Indeed! After taking a quick glance at it, it appears to be a wireless repeater for whatever it may be.

An example of one of those little "hurricane 130's" from the water tower.
