Looks like a Model 5/7 missing the top half.
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced. :(

What about This siren at a VFD near me? I haven't seen it in person, but my guess is one of those Darley STH-10s... anyone else agree?

I'm almost positive it is a Darley STH-10. Although, at another angle it looks like it has four horns.
