Uh, no. The system is inactive, gone, departed, defunct, exanimated, deceased, dead on arrival, has ceased to exist, expired, or simply put no more! Literally everyone here has said that with all due respect, and it is well established that it has been dead since 2013.

Since this may be relevant, here is a sacramento map I made last year for those who are interested. We speculate (we being the bolt map goons) that these bolts were 5Ms from the early 60s.
