Just when you've thought you've heard of every use for sirens! Next thing you know, stores will be using sirens to announce sales.

Here is a video of sirens in Dearborn, MI doing Hi-Lo for a Snow Emergency...When ever Topeka Gets a snow emergency we never sound the sirens...

I wish we had snow sirens, but we would hardly ever use them.

IIRC, Evanston, IL has a system of Thunderbolts. couldn't tell you whether
they are single or dual-toned.
