Dropbox is a good one. You upload the file and then you will get a share link to the file thst can be posted here.

Depending on how big the file is you could just reply to this post and attach the file as long as its under 10MB.

I have my beliefs with DropBox and the bottom line is that I wouldn't join it because they will decrypt user storage for the government, meaning the data is not secure.

I use it for work to transfer footage ant project files. Never had a problem with it yet.
