I am not good at this sort of mathematics, so bear with me.
I was thinking along the lines of ratios.
So for arguments sake, I get 70dB on the model, and using a simple air speed metre; measure the amount of air being sucked into the rotor, that being A. The air being forced out the stator is S.
Probably not necessary, but R being the rotor diameter.
So A divide S over 70dB multiply R.
Doesn't look right in Calculator.
