For starters please don't post in all caps, use common knowledge and good grammar!

And odds are it's probably something that was tossed out because it was an old part that was "Not needed anymore". Like if a town had thunderbolts and got rid of them all then found that later they'd just throw it away. That or someone thought it was bad and tossed it not knowing it was good.

***LOST*** a piece of metal with a yellow top and silver bottom. Lost in the area of a dumpster. If anyone finds this I will pay shipping to have it returned.................. nice find.
