Sentry Siren capable of hi lo

What if the Sentry Sirens could be configured to do hi lo? :?:

I believe a sentry siren had dampers manufactured in the 80si believe for a pulse signal.

I know as a matter of fact that this is TheThunderbolt from TSB. Based on the location.
