That's a DC siren, listen to the starting torque, it sounds like a Sentry Defender.

That siren is a Sentry 16V1T-B 8 port both ends 2 motors one one each rotor you can notice how the are just slightly out of phase with each other. and it has Skirts instead of Horns

Eep, I don't like the looks of that siren. Freaks me out for some reason. Don't horns add more dB? Or are they trying to lower it?

I really like the 20V2T siren that Sentry manufactures. If I had to buy a new siren, this would be my first choice. Followed by their DC models. I really find their overall frequency range much more effective than the Federal 2001.
