Here's one that I believe is in Brazil. It looks a lot like the Silent Hill siren.

If the siren has 6 horns, then maybe it could be a Darley STL-10 with some kind of 8-port device in it, much like the 8-horn, 12-port STH-10.

Here's another one in Argentina with six horns, but a different design. They say it's 15 Hp.
