At least the engine has been some sort of hood. The blower is actually the part I was wondering about because it has a big air intake on the front that's been open to the rain for, what, probably 50 years. If that blower has had a foot of water in it for 20 or 30 years what condition could the rotors be in????, I'd imagine the blower is probably okay for the most part, basically a set of rotors having sat in a housing the whole time.
