Shot on March 5, 2016. This is a monthly test of the Spartanburg County Warning Siren System. This siren is tested at the first Saturday of every month at 1:00 PM ET. Sorry about some wind gusts heard in this video. It appears the siren pole is shaking, caused by this siren sounding. I'm not exactly sure how this siren is making the siren pole shake. This siren is located in Spartanburg, South Carolina at North Spartanburg Fire District Station #2 near to Upper Shady Grove Baptist Church off of John Dodd Rd.
