Met up with Josh and Michael today in River Falls to record the only dual tone Whelen anywhere in the area. Has a little trouble at the beginning but seems to fix itself shortly after. This was the first time this thing has ran since October. River falls has a few Analog 3016's, This, a new Vortex, a Darley STH and some 2001s.
