Something about a town in Japan that buys a new siren from ATI, and it summons evil, possessing spirits from the underworld, which causes people to hallucinate. Thereby at the end of the movie a group of siren enthusiasts, comes to the rescue of everyone in the town, by installing a completely refurbished 1003 Thunderbolt, which causes the spirits to flee back to the underworld and take cover.
