New Zealand Sirens

Sat Oct 22, 2022 1:07 am

I am making a New Zealand Siren Map and found a I-Force 3200 & a Klaxon SS6 but I thought of asking ARS if they know any locations.
Thanks! :D

(I know Hazza has a Siren Map of New Zealand)

Fire stations are guaranteed to have sirens, maybe try looking there.

Christchurch has a bunch of ATI-looking things called Meerkat sirens. They're not too hard to find and I have a couple locations for them:

https://www.google.com/maps/@-43.492732 ... 312!8i6656

https://www.google.com/maps/@-43.551810 ... 312!8i6656

Here are two bonus locations from a small town called Piha (also both meerkats)

Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.

I have a map i started a while ago, but kinda abandoned after getting bored of finding the same dual rotor 10/12 port sirens that are difficult to ID. I'll have to dig it up later.

Also Piha's sirens are part of a larger system in place around coastal Auckland for tsunami warnings
Proud owner of 4 Model As(all in a state of disrepair), a USI siren, and a 16-port rotor from a Sterling M-10.
