Most likely Whelen WS3016, because of the abrupt winddown.

wps 2700 or ws2/3000 series, definately older whelens though

All 3 of FPL's nuke plants (Turkey Point, St. Lucie, and Seabrook) use 3016 and 4000s, including 4008s.

Turkey point and port st. lucie both use only whelen 3016's and 4004's. crystal river uses omnidirectional whelens
