Whelen 2900 series driver question: how can I test it with common household items?

I Got this EZ-PULL 400 Watt Whelen WPS 2900 series driver from West Shore Services a while back, and I don’t know how to use it as a speaker for music. If anyone out there knows how to do that, Please let me know, I only have access to household items… diagrams and or videos appreciated!

Hook it to a normal stereo amp, cut the volume down low with no bass, and test it that way. It's just a speaker.
