A Muncie SRN got replaced

For the first time ever (I believe), one of Muncie’s SRN’s was replaced recently.
The other day I drove by the SRN next to the Riverview Park and there was a brand new 130 beside it. Probably happened within September-October, as I drove past about a month earlier and it was just the SRN.
Anyways that’s it, just wanted to update y’all.
