Mystery siren In Scripps Ranch, Ca

I was on the California siren map and I looked to the right of the GCS Model 2 in Scripps Ranch, San Diego and in this location (32.89530237536462, -117.05304645212205) It looks like theres some type of 2001.

Btw you can only see it as a satellite image

It definitely looks like a 2001. You can tell be the shadow of the siren, but that doesn't give an exact model. Is the GCS next to the 2001?

Yes, if you look on the California siren map, which is the best California map, linked below, you can see that its on the right on a custom mount but its inactive.
