Mystery Siren in Baker City OR

Supposedly there's a siren in Baker City Oregon as their website says, but I looked and couldn't find one. Any ideas??

I'm a siren enthusiast but I also collect electric fans

Now I have 8 small sirens, and 47 electric fans :D

That siren is mounted in the cupola on top of the city hall, and is totally obscured from the outside. Unfortunately we likely won’t have any idea what it is until someone either records it or goes inside of the building and gets a tour.

Thanks for the info! Someone should go record it now! I can't as I don't have my own car at the moment...
