Heath Engineering Laboratories applies to change their name to Siracode Signal Corporation:

Siracode was started around 1925-26, owned by John Rosseter with sirens designed by Ralph McClure. John bought his way to at least the Heath name to have some reputability behind his company, but I'm a little unclear on any other relations with Heath and Siracode. I don't think it went much further than that.
