Delevan's Decot is dead

I was wondering if Sauk Prairie Power Equipment could refurbish the Decot Red Arrow Located at 123 S 2nd St #1, Delavan, WI 53115.
It is actually very special because it was finished in 1940 by Harold Decot
It looked as if it did not cease, luckily. The reason I think it did not cease is because after catching fire and smoking, it was still spinning.
