The sound quality in that video is excelent! I wonder if that siren was formerly a 1000, and it was converted to a 1000T. It winds down just like a 1000. Also, I hear at least one 1000 in the distance after the final winddown.

BTW, I wonder what that extra blast was for at the very end.

This is in Plymouth where i live, and it has all 1000's and 100T's (except one 2001 that replaced the old model 5/7 downtown) They sound great together. You can hear the 2001, a 1000, and a 1000T all mixed together from my house on test day. I will try to video it next month.
BTW this is the same Plymouth with the 'sick t-bolt'

Now Just imagine hearing this during a tornado warning. That would sound scary and would get your attention.

I've listened to all of Siren1000T's other siren videos, and he doesn't have a single bad one! I even like his Whelen 3016 video. If you're out there Siren1000T, please post more siren videos!

I'm sure he will. He always PM's me on Youtube about how excited he is to record the sirens each month. He told me he plans to record a FS 2001 for next month.
