Looks and sounds like one of those crazy Hormann sirens.

Sounds like an ECN, but the looks are deceiving, due to the poor quality of the video. But my highest bets on what this might be go to the ECN.

EDIT, for those that don't know, the ECN series is Hormann-made.

Now I may be wrong, but from what I can tell is they could be Federal Modulator sirens :?:

Federal Modulators are tall and goofy looking but this thing in the video is much taller and sounds nothing like a Modulator.

Definutly the Hormann ECN..... I have never seen one that had so many cells before though. ASC had something out called the ASC Quadren, looked exactly like that (was that most likely). They weren't super popular and didn't sell well... but they were definutly different looking!!

Incorrect -- the ACA Quadren is the same as what American Signal is now trying to sell as the i-Force.
Say NO to excessive siren testing - overtesting desensitizes the public.
Say NO to voice siren systems - multiple origins = unintelligible audio.

Exactly!! The only other piece to the puzzle is that Hormann and American Signal are the same company, there is a firehouse here in Pa that has the Hormann speakers with ASC markings all over the controls. So, it could still be the Hormann version or it could be the ASC. I will say, the Quadran is a neat looking siren. I thought about suggesting we buy one of the I-force sirens at my firehouse, but I couldn't find a sample of the tones they do. Still haven't gotten a siren at the firehouse either.... think of how that makes me look.... the biggest siren guy in the whole state (or not) with no siren at his firehouse!
