Interesting photos

Fri Feb 15, 2008 6:23 am

I visited Siren central and then got linked to another website with some cool siren installation photos and removals. Just think it was pretty cool and worth posting.

Kind of looks like what a Model 5T or 7T would look like as a rotational siren.

Now that is COOL :)

I just wonder about the air intakes capcity; it appers to be on top and bottom. Also wonder if the sound is amplified by resonating inside the chamber.

Almost reminds me of an allertor.

that is indeed a Soundmaster 125. There was a thread a while back about one of these in OK that are still in service.

It looks a lot like 2 Allertors resting on its side with no horns, which is very unusual looking. I wonder what it sounds like.

That is the first time I have seen one of those. Anybody else have anymore pictures of soundmasters?

Even better, does anybody have any videos, sound clips, etc. where we can hear what one sounds like?
