That's what I thought. They have several sirens.

1) Erick, you can tell from the motor and legs. Decots had the motor suspended between the triangle of legs, with the shaft visible between the top of the motor and the bottom of the stator.
2) You're joking, right?
3) Again, almost impossible, but it looks more like a later Federal Type B, with the full-length cover

I found this on the water tower in Laverne, OK. I thing it is either a Darley or a Sterling, but I'm not sure.
