Welcome to the Board! That siren sounds weird. Was it made by a Finnish manufacturer?

I've seen a photo of a Finnish motorised siren and it looked like the Norwegian/Swiss/Austrian version of the E-57 with two shields that were angled rather than curved like German sirens.
