Very nice video! So is Rosemount replacing all of their Thunderbolts or just the ones that have already been replaced?

From what I read in the town paper they will replace them all, but they're going to take their time about it. Thankfully. The one they replaced at Chippendale and County Rd. 42 sounded just as good as this one and they went ahead and replaced it anyhow. It made no sense to me.
