Driving Whelen siren ambience recording

Here's a recording of a test I "drove through". The sirens you hear are Whelen WPS-4004's. The one you hear in the recording at first is not rotating, and creates a nice doppler effect as I drive by it.

I remember driving through a tornado warning after coming back from Mt. Carmel West hospital. We happened to have our windows down and we stopped at a intersection where there was a Vortex/4000 close by.

That was my first run in with a siren

I love driving while the sirens are going off, you get a very spooky mix of sirens. I think I might do that on one of the upcoming mondays I have off! (Not trying to steal your Idea)
