Is anyone familiar with Hamilton County ( Cincinatti Ohio) sirens at all?

What would you like to know about it? I have a database on CD with pretty much everything on them including some install dates. Also here's a video I made with pictures of all the sirens.

Your video is awesome!... I am familiar with Franklin County as I have been in the OEM office there. But Franklin County sucks now for sirens..They took down all their SD10's and 5T's in the early 90's and put up those cheesy Whelen PA speakers. I will PM you my questions

I know they have a few Model 5's, a few STH10's, 2001's, Tbolt 1000t's, an Allertaor, a Thunderbeam, Penetrators, and some others.

Clayton Werden(III), aka WERDENSIREN, would be the man to chat with. He and his dad installed a major of the Haimlton County system. I also have a CD from him of most of the county sirens. The most unique is the one in Colerain at Struble and Hughes Roads. It is on the roof of Messer Bros. machine shop, they apparently built it back in the 80's.

Did Clayton himself build it, or did the machine shop build it?

The machine shop that the sirens sits on is where it was built built by the owners of that business. Clayton does build his own siren which is really just a black P-10 that says WERDEN SIREN across the sides. It's really a beautiful machine to see! They have several of those installed in their county as you can see in the video.

If you are talking about Franklin County you are wrong. I know someone who works in the OEM office on the south side of Columbus. I have a list of all Franklin County sirens.. There are like 3 Thunderbolts left and the rest are Whelen electronic speaker arrays. They had SD10's, T bolts, 5T's but these were replaced by the speaker arrays in the early 1990's. A total shame... We all know SD10's & 5T's blow away Whelens....

Are you sure there are only 3 Tbolts left? I know of atleast 14.
