I have seen this.
It is actually a refurbished Castle Castings siren, not Klaxon. I know this because Klaxons have a more square shaped base, whilst the Castle Castings has the curved base, like in the video.
Yes...Castle Castings do sound identicle to Carters sirens, same frequency settings and all!

It sounds like a 2001, maybe one of the earlier models that doesn't have such a high pitch.
