There is a siren just like this in Willow Creek, California (Humboldt County). One of these, mounted vertically with separated rotors, was recently removed from the old city hall building in Hillsboro, Oregon. It, along with the Model 5 underneath it, were among the last sirens remaining in the Portland metro area (there is still a non-functioning single-headed Sterling in West Linn). I believe they are "Denver Sirens" and were made in the 20's, when most motors ran at 1,820 RPM. The pitch would be pretty much the same as a Model 5 -- around an "F" note, although with that little motor it would have a long rise. I doubt that motor is original.
