If Fargo has one that'd be news to me... There were three towns out in the Colby area that had rigged Allertors like you mentioned - Menlo, Levant, and Gem. I found an empty mount and an OA-3 when I visited Menlo's, and I didn't go through Levant at all, but I do have a photo of the one I stumbled ...
