I have spent a total of at least 5 hours looking for a siren at the Western Sugar plant in Scottsbluff as suggested by the icon and note there, and I've never found anything resembling a Model 5. Perhaps it's gone?

I know the note says there's a siren there but I'll be damned if it exists.

Also, the 1000T just west of Grand Island is no more. Wouldn't be surprised if some of the older 2001s start going as well, gotta imagine some of those CD Yellow units are close to 40 years old by now.

Broken Bow has a new 2001-130 install at 41.40597, -99.63467. Not sure if it's the replacement for the Thunderbolt on the east side of town or just filling a coverage gap. I've added it to the map.

I would like to add if this is of any importance, that the thunderbolts in Arthur and Laurel are both ex-Washington, DC sirens as indicated by the RCM in the back of the blower, which as far as anyone can infer was a DC only thing.
