Kishiwada city hall had a 14 note music siren. The first two are correct.

Isn't it a 16 note model, like the Okayama Prefectural Office unit?

If you zoom in, you can see one of the rotors! Not sure when this pic was taken, but it's on Wikipedia's Hiroshima Prefectural Office page.

I'm actually not sure about the Kobayashi music siren, as I forget when the date was taken, and it seems to be on a flimsy mount for a few thousand pounds of weight. I looked closer and it seems to be mounted on the bare roof of the building. Maybe that "mount" surrounds the music siren l...

I found a video of Uwajima's speaker array playing "Tonbe". Although muffled, you can hear the "idle sound" of the music siren when none of the notes are open.

An aerial pic of Kobayashi Department Store's music siren has also been found!

I've found what could possibly be Imabari City Hall's music siren, in the background of an old pic of the city hall. Here's the website where I found the image.

No better images have been found yet. I'll attempt to contact the Imabari City Hall for more information.
