Oh boy, do I remember Dane County’s Old System, Right before it was being replaced. I lived near the 500AT near Kennedy Park, and it was the first siren I heard, and the scariest (cuz 9/12 sirens are extremely creepy). I’d say, it does look like a Banshee 110, but looks like the bottom disc was removed.

This is a weird looking siren located in Milton, Wisconsin. I’m guessing it’s either some modified Screamer, SoundMaster, or maybe even an E57 (most likely not, even though it looks like one).

What an interesting post about siren history! But then again, I want to know what kinds of sirens were in Holland. I’m probably guessing thunderbolts or XT22s as you said.

Dane County Siren System Signals (information from Dane County Emergency Management)

Monthly Test: 1 Cycle of a 3 minute Alert.
Tornado Warning: 1 or more cycles of a 3 minute Alert.

Occasionally, Dane County does Growl Tests on The Sirens.

There are a big swath of STH-10s In Jefferson County, Wisconsin, and they are numerous in the rest of Southern WI.

Well it’s been more than a year since they replaced it so that most likely will Not happen.
I think Williams Bay will preserve this siren for historical purposes.

I have seen a 2001-SRNB in Madison located right by I-39/90, and near Edgerton, a T-128 also by I-39/90.
