There is one, it's somewhere in California, near San Francisco I believe. I couldn't find it though on the map, but I do remember seeing it a few months ago on there.

Let's see what some of the weirdest mounted sirens are. This may not be the most strange, but here's a T-128 in Flower Mound, Texas. It is mounted on the side of one of those flag pole with a cell tower inside things.

I found this siren in Blackstone, Massachusetts. It is hard to identify due to the damaged housing. It looks like a Darley Model 2 and an Aut-O-Matic OC9 at the same time.
