Doesn't appear to test. The closest it has ever gotten to a test was whenever technicians were on-site of a siren and had to do some routine maintenance on them.

I know localities in the DC Area (Fairfax, Arlington, District of Columbia, Alexandria City, Prince Georges, Montgomery) had several Chrysler sirens in each county. All were later phased out by Thunderbolts in the early-1970s.
